Unless advised otherwise, items shipped within 21 days of payment receipt. Goods and Services Tax (GST) applies for Canadian orders, and PST (Provincial Sales Tax) in addition to that for BC orders. If you choose UPS for international shipping, a 1.5% brokerage fee is added to the price. Canada Post does not charge this fee.
All prices are in CAD (Canadian Dollars). For other currencies, the price will fluctuate because the exchange rate will vary slightly from day to day. The total amount will automatically be converted into CAD from your default currency.

Returns are accepted without any questions asked. Full price less shipping would be refunded provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. If you decide to return an item, you must let us know no later than 14 days upon receipt. You need to contact us and get an RMA number before you ship the item back.
