Jack Douglas now uses Sonic Farm preamps!

We’re so fortunate to have this guy onboard!
The famed engineer and producer Jack Douglas was inducted into the NAMM TEC Hall of Fame in January 2017, along with Aerosmith’s guitarist, Joe Perry.

Remember “Imagine” by John Lennon? The “Who’s Next”? And, of course, most of Aerosmith’s records — that’s where his Grammy award was earned. Along the way, he also worked with Miles Davis, Patti Smith, Cheap Trick, Mountain, Alice Cooper, James Gang, New York Dolls, to name just a few.

He stopped at our booth at the AES show in Los Angeles back in October and showed great interest in our gear as some of his buddy producers already owned some. We dropped off a Creamer Plus and a Berliner at his LA Confidential Studio so that he can play around with them a little bit and shortly after that left LA and came back home to Vancouver.
Next news we heard from him was that he liked both units so much that he decided to purchase both!

Thank you, Jack! We are very honoured!
